Blood Pressure (BP)/Pulse Analysis
Blood pressure (BP) and pulse rate are important tools in health risk assessments (HRAs). These two indicators will normally be noted as part of all consultations. In addition to this, Orthostatic blood pressure (measurement of BP from a laying down to a upright position) may also be measured depending on the analysis needed. Standard BP measurements form part of all health consultations.
Urine Analysis involves taking a small sample and checking for some key indicators such as white blood cells, red blood cells, and glucose to name a few. We will also look at colour, odour, clarity. This test is usually performed as a routine part of all health consultations.
Constitutional Hydrotherapy and Hydrotherapy
This form of water therapy is uses hot and cold water to stimulate different areas and organs of the body. Water is used as a medium for healing, and constitutional hydrotherapy specifically uses hot and cold pack treatments over the abdomen and liver area. This treatment is employed over a series of sessions to kick start and support the body's own vitality.
Body Work/Posture Analysis
Muscular aches and pains can adversely effect the quality of everyday life. We use essential oils and massage + other techniques to help ease tension and put some comfort back into each day.

The use of Moor Mud Peat Packs and Castor Oil Packs, can help muscle aches and pains, sluggish organs and boost vitality.
Moor mud peat has been well documented both scientifically and anecdotally as having detox properties. It is used in a convenient pack coupled with heat on and around targeted areas of the body.
Castor oil has been used for hundreds of years around the world. Typically you may have heard of it as a remedy for constipation. Castor oil packs also coupled with heat can be used for many conditions afflicting the body from digestion and menstrual problems to arthritic aches and pains.
The eyes are the windows to the soul - so they say. Iridology is an exploratory therapy that involves analysing the irises using a special scope or by taking high definition images using a camera. Eye colour, and other markers found in the irises may be useful in identifying predispositions to various illnesses which may or may not be familial.
Homeopathic medicine works on the principle that like cures like (Similia similibus curentur). The concept is interesting and involves kick starting the healing process healing by administration of a plant/mineral material in the form of a small pill (pillule).
